Wot an unfortunate decision for the poor old united nations chugging
along under the weight of all that bureaucracy that they themed this
year's world habitat day 'cities, magnets of hope'. the only things
cities produce in any meaningful quantities is money and waste, then
they call their website unhabitat.org. i reckon they're right however,
the city is no place for animals, magnets of dogdroppings becomes more
like the reality and i can't stand the thought of it washing into the
creeks and rivers then they want to talk about us drinking it.
actually they've drunk the seine in paris about 20 times i think, we
shouldn't really complain. i reckon they should just paint some of
those blank walls on the streets with pictures of animals in zoos, or
gardens, birds & landscape scenes or get those toy stuffed dogs like
people do in japan ... robinet
