Regarding the recent request for info on solar driers, Elizabeth Heij

be quite a lot of stuff coming up by "Googling" "solar drying" and
"solar dryers".

Some 8 (??) Years ago, I actually saw a marvelous solar dryer for cocoa
bean is PNG that was part of a project run by the Australian Centre for
International Agricultural Research (ACIAR).  They may be able to
provide the details - www.aciar.gov.au   If not, give me a call and I
can describe it to you.
