SEEKING SOIL PAD FOREMAN
REGENESIS SOIL CO/ BIO-RECYCLING PROJECT

ReGenesis Soil Company collects food and green waste from municipal 
and urban areas, and uses state of the art methods to turn it into 
the best organic (not yet certified), biologically active soil.

We are looking for a self-motivated person, who can learn the art and 
science of soil making, and manage a team of on-ground workers 
(machinery operators, etc.) to make soil on a large scale.

The ideal candidate would have some experience in soil making, 
permaculture and/or organic farming, would have managed ground crews, 
and be able to work well in a managerial role, i.e., be somewhat 
literate with Email, Excel, MS, Word, etc.

The job will start off with training in all aspects of soil making on 
ReGenesis Farm, and will later involve managing client sites.

We are seeking someone who will be free to start in about November, 
so this is an early request to see who might be interested.
