g'day darren,

thanks mate, i was looking for the more personnal information, somtimes
figures presented by manufactureres aren't in real time if you get what i
mean.

yes the twin tub is hard to beat but due to whangling or whatever it isn't
recognised in this water wise world of ours. on one forum i'm in all the
ladies to a fualt where sorry they ever boguht a front loader and some went
as far as to sell theirs and go back to a auto job.

currently we have a 5kg auto that uses 130 litres from go to whoa, but
unless machines are set up so they can use the same water for 2 or 3 loads
then efficieny might be in the eye of the believer? so in our case that
would mean having 2 tubs that will hold around 70 litres of water each so
the machine can somehow take back the water for each cycle of washing.

ok with a twin tub washing becomes a necessary chore just like bathing but w
can wash all our weeks clothes (3 loads) using a total of 100 litres of
water in our old twin tub we had.

to me twin tubbing means finger on the pulse of managing the water we use.

With peace and brightest of blessings,

len
