those figures, is that in real time?

ok with a twin tub we had we used 100 litres of water (50/50 wash/rinse) to 
do our complete weeks was of 3 loads of clothes. ok you actually have to 
spend time doing the washing like hang one laod out while another washes, 
rinse while another washes then spin them but for us that took about 1 hour 
a week, but it saved a lot of water.

the push for front loaders seems industry driven to me.

and under managing the water we use anything that is set and forget just to 
me doesn't come under managing.

and latest price checks still show twin tubs as being the more affordable, 
front loader prices seem to be creeping up i can only wonder why?

just got to be carefull we don't fall into the 'feel good' routine with what 
is put in front of us.
