Hello Rosemary,  thank you kindly for this response; sounds like very savvy advice.  I'm sure its the way to go - however getting an experienced PDC trainer all the way over to Pitcairn will present something of a challenge!

Will you be publishing an account of your Permaculture project in Afghanistan on the Web?
