I noticed Peter Singer has been trying to explode a few environmental myths
lately - including the "buy within 100km" or buy Australian mantras - which
do not necessarily indicate anything about sustainability.

I saw snow peas from China in Aldi last week!  Fortunately, shops are now
obliged to reveal the source of the produce so consumers can buy Australian.
