Hello,
I was given your contact e by Elizabeth Taylor from organicfoodmarkets and
am pleased to advise that we have organically certified bales of straw
available for sale. We will also be producing certified lucerne hay
available from early summer 2006.
 
The bales of straw are produced from the stubble of a spelt wheat crop grown
at our farm at Canowindra in Central Western NSW. see
www.organicfarms.com.au then the 'farm map' link and the block named
'Wilgaroo'. The "Wilgaroo' page is not yet up but the site is quite
informative.
