[permaculture-oceania] Looking for somewhere to rent in Lismore, NSW

Greetings all,
   
  My wife and I are moving from Melbourne to Lismore as the next stage in pursuing our "tree-change" (in fact my wife is already in Alstonville WWOOFing at the moment).  We are looking for somewhere to rent and I thought that I would put out my feelers in the Permaculture community to see if anyone can help.  I am leaving Melbourne on the 1st of August, expecting to take 3 days to drive up to Lismore.
   
  There is my wife and I (no kids) and 2 cats.  We are looking for somewhere to rent for at least 12 months.  I completed my PDC last year and am keen to get my hands dirty.  The cats can be kept indoors (if required).  If it is not a requirement that they be kept indoors, rest assured that they will be indoors overnight anyway (a practise that we already follow).
   
  If someone has a house on their farm that we could stay in I would be willing to do some work on the farm to help reduce/supplement the rent that we would be paying.
