[permaculture-oceania] Upland rice seed source?

Hi all,

I have been thinking for a while of experimenting with a plot of upland
rice...if I can get seed. Not really enough spare water here for a paddy,
and we are on the side of a big hill which will mean serious terracing.

Considering West Australia's super zealous approach to biosecurity, I'm not
sure I could get seeds across anyway.

But the question: Do any of you know where I might find small quantities of
rice seed?
