[permaculture-oceania] 'New thinking' needed to curb pollution

About Carbon Taxes - the New Internationalist is withering about  
them.   I guess anything we do that doesnt change out behaviour is  
not going to be effective.   It doesnt matter how many trees we  
plant, if we continue to consume we'll run out of resources.
