Does anyone know the food chain mentioned which does not use factory farmed
meat.  It sounded like Chiporoly [?]

The Fair Trade movement was also mentioned.   I have a video downloaded from
the TV with Alexi Sayle titled something like "Sex Money and Dinner"about
food production in poor countries and fair trade.

I think you will find the chain is called Chipotle [named after the smoked
jalapeno chile, usually canned in adobado sauce]
