There was also an article next to it that said "...wind turbines, solar panels, organic vegetables and hybrid cars were features of sustainable living promoted at Warrnambool's urban sustainability expo yesterday. But it was permaculture which really appeared to fire the imaginations of south-west environmental planners..."

The SW Vic. Permaculture Network had a stall at this expo and I was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of the flocks of people who visted our stall, became members & bought books. Warrnambool's Standard is a very mainstream paper, and Warrnambool is a very conservative area.
NB. I missed this little thankyou note to Jack & Elise on my last post to the list serve, hence my re-posting.
