Also much-loved by pigs, I am told.  In fact Pigs and Jerusalem
Artichokes would seem to be a perfect combination, since the
artichokes evidently get out of hand quite easily, since its almost
impossible for humans to get all the tubers out of the ground , but
easy for pigs who thrive on them.

Would love to get some started here, but they're very hard to find.
