[permaculture-oceania] aerated vs standing liquid manure

Hello,

Could someone please tell me the effect and whether there is any big
difference in the end product of a) aerating manure in a solution of water
including (but limited to) an air pump that constantly pumps air through the
solution or daily hosing into the tub (or other holding device) which
produces bubbles; and b) leaving the solution to stand minus aeration.

Does the non-aeration store certain things that aeration dispels?  I'm
interested in liquid manure techniques.  Guna, guna!  Kuna, kuna!
