[permaculture-oceania] Petition for solar panels

I signed the petition as per message below, for supporting rebates on solar
panels early-ish this morning -there were 128,032 signatures by then, now
there are 129,532. Exactly 1500 in a matter of a few hours! Pretty good
going - there seems to be real support out there...
