[permaculture-oceania] Best LAwn Seed or Better plants from Permaculture perspective

Hi Everyone

I need to put in a small grassed area  just for cricket in the backyard - so
22yards by 1metre!!

Yes well about 25m2 and around some fruit trees.

Just wondering who has had experience with best lawn seed or recommendation
for this purpose of some sort of replacement ground cover on good soil,
excellent drainage and enough rain.
