  Yes well about 25m2 and around some fruit trees. 
  Just wondering who has had experience with best lawn seed or recommendation for this purpose of some sort of replacement ground cover on good soil, excellent drainage and enough rain.

  I grassed a small lawn area that was in a shaded courtyard area with Buffalo grass. It's pretty hard wearing, drought resistant and shade tolerant, and doesn't spread like couch and kikuyu. If the soil is good you can grow with runners, seed not so good. or just turf the lot. We only bought a small amount of turf and spread it out as runners, took no time to cover the area and needed little feed or care.
  Note. Don't cut it too low or you'll kill it.
