[Pil-pc-oceania] some technicalities about this list

Hi Kerry,

No problem with the list, just the moderator. Posts by non members are held 
pending approval. Your post to the list must have been from an email address 
other than the one you subscribed with. If this happens I usually just 
subscribe that email address for the person posting, so that it won't happen 
again (too hard and time consuming to email back and forth about need to 
send with email members originally subscribed with). That is why you got the 
welcome notice.

So, now you are subscribed to the list with two email addresses. You can 
change this by logging in with your password here
