I was living and working in our 30 villages. 2 hours N. of Dhacka.

We had bad floods.

Some 3 weeks later, we could get back to Dhaka.

Our office / home- was on the 2nd floor. So was OK.;

 Street was still full of mud to 1 meter deep.

'We' bought bamboo and made a way to come and go.

Set up a 'Clean Up Our sreet' Concept.

Based on Ian K' - ' Clean up Sydney' etc.

Idea.

Ian K had  given a local journo $4,200 a year.

We cleaned up our street.

The Minister for the Environment came and spent 5 minutes shovelling mud 
-In front of the TV cameras.

That night, he was on National TV, 'Helping to move our mud'.

Ian K's guy. With his $4,200 per year funding from Australia ?

Empty office.

He moved to Chittagong.
