I do many planning apps for my work. Many councils have a policy to include
a certain amount of native and indigenous veg when developing a site. So
another thing to think about would be native foods. Lilly pillies are
widely used plants and are very versatile and hardy can be hedged and have
if you pick the right species they have the berries that are fun for kids
and can make great jam.....just as another line of thought.
