when i've cleared out my computer (as it's a little stuffed up at the
moment).  I can scan in the PIJs that I have here, starting with edition 17.

Hi Fern,

I have a complete set (I think) of original PIJs in my shed that belong to 
PIL. The directors of PIL have been talking about finding a way to have 
these scanned and uploaded to the PIL web site as a public resource. This
is 
a relatively simple matter of scanning the editions and uploading them to 
the site as PDF files. This initiative is not at the top of our list of 
priorities, but it could move up if and individual or group within the PIL 
membership was willing to commit the resources to getting this done.
