[Pil-pc-oceania] Roberto Perez

Hi Michele

It would be great if you could organise this - think it's really important
that Roberto's visit and message reaches more than the converted permie
circuit. The draft itinerary has Roberto in Sydney for a few days after
APC9, so options would be Wed 26, Thur 27 or Fri 28th. Would be good to book
which date asap so it can be locked into the program. The outdoor venue
with film & music sounds good in terms of numbers - what would be the
chances of using the hall if the weather's inclement? (I'm always thinking
contingencies...)

Also Sue M, Any luck with UWS?
It's a tricky time of year to get things organised with the summer break
almost on top of us.

Ciao
Robyn
