*Permaculture Design Course, Violet Town *

May 5th to *20th* 2007

With Graeme George, David Arnold, Beck Lowe and Ian Lillington

Based at *Murrnong*, Violet Town, an eight hectare permaculture property
[and proposed community subdivision] developed over ten years by David
Arnold.

Included in the course are* *a number of field trips to a diverse , range of
permaculture, agriculture, forestry and community projects in the district.
These vary in style and intent, and include cooler, wetter locations in the
hills, and hotter, drier sites further inland.

The learning experience will be interactive, engaging, and immersed in
practical permaculture demonstration.

On completion participants will be issued with a Permaculture Design
Certificate. For those wishing to do further training, this PDC is an
essential knowledge component of the nationally accredited Cert IV in
Permaculture.

This is a two week residential course, with all meals provided.
Accommodation and some of the evening sessions will be at the nearby *Parish
* venue. The basic cost for the whole course, including meals and shared
room accommodation, is $995. A deposit of $100 is *required* to secure your
place.

Some accommodation upgrade [to private bedrooms] is available on
application.
