[Pil-pc-oceania] setting up a permie charity type org

Hi guys,

Some friends and I have talked about setting up a charity and I had an idea
about getting sponsors or donations and using the funds to send suitable
volunteers around the world on permaculture missions.  It's a very rough
idea at the moment.  Any suggestions/criticisms (I love criticisms - send me
criticisms!)?  Is someone already doing this?  I'm mindful of using
organisations and structures that are already in place.
