The article is in Australian Horticulture Oct/Nov 2001
page 55 and was written by Bob Lake. The intro reads:
'Aeroponics is a hydroponics system in which plant roots are suspended in an air chamber and sprayed with a fine nutrient solution. Low-water levels and increased air space enhance root formation and growth,'
... combines agronomic research with high-tech water and nutrient application has been developed and is showing greatly increased production per unit area, as well as the ability to control growth rates, size and shape, and to initiate flowering.'
'Favash's Aeroball system - and advanced hybridisation of aeroponic and 'flood and drain' cycle methodology - is based on root management principles developed from plant physiology research in Australia an overseas.'
I'll put the magazine aside in case anyone wants it. I don't know what postage would be.
