Developing Countries?
State of the Union address to include new policies on global warming and
Ethanol.
In his State of the Union Address on Tuesday, U.S. President George W.
Bush is expected to announce a shift in climate change policy and to
call for significant increases in ethanol usage.
What are the implications for developing countries, where global climate
change poses particular risks to poor farmers? What impact would
increased use of biofuels have on food supplies?
