I pass on the following opportunity on request.

LOCATION: Sydney Eastern Suburbs (Double Bay).

OPPPORTUNITY: Rooftop, urban, organic market gardening.

Envisioned is a small scale, intensively managed, commercial market garden
managed by organic cultivation on a rooftop in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The
project would form part of a sustainability project and would need to comply
with the ethos of that project.

Double Bay has a relatively affluent demographic abutting Sydney Harbour.

I quote from the communication to me:'... a rooftop gardener to lease the
roof of a sustainable project in Double Bay... to grow organic plants on
about 60m2 with fabulous sun for a low rent... access would be available
seven days a week and the site would be great for supplying local cafes,
restaurants, juice bars or hotels. It's a great space for an organic
business. The gardener would have free choice about what to grow, to sell
and how to make the place profitable for themselves'.

ACTION: If you have the skills to make a commercial initiative of this and
wish to discuss the matter further with the instigator, please email me and
I will pass your message on.
