[Pil-pc-oceania] Rotating Chair

Responding from a post a while back (I think it was from Sue Mossman)
My local permaculture group "Otways & Coast" currently has the rotating
chair method in it's meetings... it's working really well, as everyone gets
a turn... the convenor role is separate to the chair role, although the
convenor role is usually a group consensus as to when & where our next
meeting is, and either the treasurer, secretary or facilitator  confirms
it.  I'm still in the loose role of facilitator (which is basicly now just
a helping out whereever help is needed role).
