FOOD MONTH AT THE MACARTHUR CENTRE FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING

                                              

Thursday 19 July The Future of Food- film screening, $15   6-8pm

A must-see documentary that examines the complex web of market and political forces that are changing what we eat.

 

Sat 21 July Lowering your Food Footprint- workshop, $25 with lunch  9-3pm

Eating for a healthy planet. This workshop looks at ways to reduce your daily environmental impact through food. Facilitated by organic gardener and sustainable living specialist Jill Cockram

 

Sat July 28 - August 25 Sustainable Gardening 5 week course, $140   9.30-12.30pm

A practical 5 week course that covers composting, soil improvement, propagation, growing from seed, no dig veggie gardening, frog ponds, natives and water wise gardening. Learn how to garden sustainably and apply these principles to your own backyard.
