[Pil-pc-oceania] PIL to Permaculture Australia?

Hi Robyn,

I think that PIL, being democratically controlled by permaculturists, is the 
place to build political influence if there is a real commitment to it out 
there in the community.

I also think changing PIL to something nationally based like Permaculure 
Australia is a good idea and we need to get a debate started on this.
