Please don't get me wrong.
Although I am obviously sound like a permie pessimist, I would prefer to
think of myself as cautious (as I said slow and simple solutions) Yes I
think that every should know as much as they can about permaculture.
But sorry in a year heading toward a election, I'm remembering why I trust
no one, very much.
I do in fact agree in what is being discussed, what a good innovative idea
evolving out of climate change and reductions in lawn care. And may we all
get some work out of the situation. However like Laurence Gaffney I just do
not understand.

Yes Robyn, wouldn't it be great if Jim's men went on to do Cert III and IV.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but a PDC is the pre-requisite to these
certificates courses. I know that under AQTF standards a Certificate III is
levelled where you can work on your own; whilst a Cert IV is aimed at
supervisory level. And okay Jim and is men have to go one step at a time, I
appreciate that...And yes, I know from conversations with 'satisfied
customers' that Rick and Naomi Coleman are great teachers.
Maybe what I have read/heard has been taken out of context, because
retrofitting and building works are specialist fields and not in the
syllabus.
Wishing all the Jim's out there - all the best!
Susan Girard
