The Certificate III in Permaculture is designed for
tradespeople wanting to practice the 'trade' of permaculture
design and implementation, in the same way that a car
mechanic, plumber or chef might have a Cert III in their
relevant trade.  It assesses skills, knowledge and
experience, is nationally recognised and can be integrated
with both PDC and further qualifications [such as a Diploma
in Permaculture].

it seems to me to be ideal for Jim and Jane's permaculture
practitioners, and can be done over a longish period, part
time, so that people can be working and studying at the same
time.
