A Friend recently sent me the following on the subject of Permaculture Blitzing & Makeovers:-

"I have a philosophical problem with this blitz concept.  For me, it is not dissimilar from what has happened with food....
instead of spending the time in making a rich stock, slicing and browning onions, simmering simmering simmering to enhance flavours, adjusting a little seasoning, then ladling the rich broth into a bowl and topping it with meltingly delicious cheese croutons - we simply buy a packet of no-name French Onion Soup for about 45 cents and pour on boiling water!!!! 
Which nourishes neither spirit nor body........."


Is Fast Permaculture an Oxymoron???
