Hi John,

I'd like to add support to your comments re APC 9. It is a big job and PC 
North will need our support. PIL has offered communications support to 
promote the event and a PIL AGM will be held at the end of the convergence. 
The PIL board is also working hard to get systems in place to better serve 
the pc community, and we plan on having an awareness raising campaigne in 
the lead up to the convergence to promote what PIL does and to invite 
participation.

I think it will be a big convergence also and perhaps with the real and 
rising awareness of limits to growth it can be a time when we discuss a kind 
of coming of age of permacultue. There does seem to be a lot of hopes being 
pinned on permaculture these days as a viable post carbon strategy.
