[Pil-pc-oceania] translators at IPC8?

I can imagine it would be frustrating for monolinguists who would really
like to get involved in questioning presenters at the time of their talk.
It would be good if you could tune into a radio frequency of some sort and
listen to a talk in your own language at the time of the presentation like
at the UN or European parliament.  Is anything like this arranged at IPC8 or
is it all done after the fact in writing?
