[Pil-pc-oceania] IPC8 URGENCY

Pat Dare whom many of you will know very well as one of the convenors  
of IPC6 in Perth on on the IPC advisory board has asked if I could  
support the funding of two delegates from India and Nepal to get to  
IPC8. A$6000 is needed in airfares for these two very valuable  
people. I have pledged A$100 we need 59 more such pledges.
