Hi everyone

As I'm sure you all appreciate, it's really important that we have a
show
of numbers at the Coogee Meet the Candidates forum this Sunday - after
all,
how else will the candidates know how important climate change is to
Coogee
people if we don't cram that little hall to the rafters...! :)

The format of the afternoon will be as follows:

*3.00 - 3.10pm:* Tea and coffee available
*3.10 - 3.15pm:* Introduction of candidates + thanks
*3.15 - 3.20pm:* Reading out of list of questions and any questions of
clarification from the audience (that's you!) as to the meaning *of
the
questions* (i.e.: no general questions at this stage);
*3.20 - 3.35pm:* Questions + answers from each - each candidate, in
sequence, will go the list of questions on the wall and *mark a tick
or
cross against each question*, without any discussion, then hand the pen
to
the next candidate, until all candidates have answered the questions;
*3.35 - 3.50pm:* Time for each candidate to speak for 5 minutes, either
on
anything they want to clarify about their answers, or about what
they're
doing about climate change more generally - and *why we should vote
for
them!*
*3.50 - 4.50pm:* Questions from the floor (that's you!).
*5.00p.m.:* Close.
