Intro to Mosaics ­ A creative, practical 2 day course that covers design,
materials, preparation, gluing, grouting and onsite participation. You will
make an individual take home plaque from tiles and recycled materials as
well as a community art wall mural. All tools and materials are provided. 
9-4pm $150 including lunch
 
THURSDAY 31 Sustainable Village Slideshow
A visually stunning slideshow set in Ladakh nestled high in the North Indian
Himalayas. One of the highest and driest places on earth, Ladakh has been a
fully sustainable culture for thousands of years. This slideshow illustrates
the interconnectedness between nature, culture and spiritual life where
communities and animals work together to prosper. A feast for the eyes; come
and discover how we too can learn from Ladakh.  6-8pm $15 tea/coffee
