[Pil-pc-oceania] swale building rebates? APT role?

There definitely is a need for people who are the machinery movers and
surveyors to be very competent at what they are doing, and it would be a
great idea if at least there was a site on PIL ( or ? future more ozzie
website) for people with specific talents (not just relating to swales) to
strut their stuff!!  Perhaps backed up with a photo gallery of their
activities.
 
A badly designed system would be horrific, and why not applaud the good
ones.

If the government offered rebates for people who contracted
excavators/bobcat drivers and surveyors for swale construction, could PIL
through APT play a role in accrediting such drivers/surveyors?
