[Pil-pc-oceania] swale building rebates? APT role?

Although I appreciate pushing the APT competency, I would suggest that some
people have had living experience and therefore would qualify - try asking
Geoff Lawton if he has an APT qual !! Or Darren Doherty?
 
Surely going to a person who has done this work and involved in permaculture
is better than me going down the road to the local earth mover who may not
know what a swale is?  - Which is more likely as most people don't know
where the permis are who can help them.
 
What are the requirements to "advertise" on the PIL website - is this
something a person who has PIL membership can do as a benefit of membership
of PIL? Or are there other criteria?
