Subject: Keyline Design Course in Mudgee

G'day,

Just wanted to add that buses aren't the only means available and that
trains are roomier, safer and more efficient and they are connected.

I would prefer to haul my plow as it is fully featured and is mine so no
liability. Also it gives me flexibility that I don't have with other
people's gear.

I've known Phil for a long time and is a hellavu nice bloke and yes he is an
excellent teacher and Keyline practitioner. I have delivered 11 KDC's this
year both in the USA and Spain and have developed standard curriculums for
both 2-3 day introductory courses and 6 day intensive train the trainer
courses. Both of these go way beyond Keyline and include aspects of Holistic
Management TM, Carbon Farming, ZERI technology and our own brand of
Broadacre Permaculture....Participants on the courses we have held so far
are looking to develop a Broadacre Permaculture Institute that will refine a
standard curriculum based on that I have developed and have 'tested' on
over 300 people so far. We are unashamedly baseing this process on the very
successful PDC course model. This whole tour has been very successful in not
only integrating extra disciplines but also enabled a whole new generation
of broadacre permaculture activism....which was exactly my intention.

While I am on it when our family developed our goal for this tour is went as
follows:

1. To consult wiht the landscapes and communities of the world
2. To facilitate an increase in the awareness, knowledge & practice of
Broadacre Permaculture Design within traditional Agricultural communities
and Permaculture communities itself
3. To inform people of the most cost effective and efficient means of
sequestering atmospheric Carbon Dioxide

We have been reasonably successful with this process and will continue the
job at home before doing more follow up work overseas - whilst building our
own obsolescence from the job (at least travel wise) thru curriculum
development....

Hope this explains why we are doing the course in Mudgee.

Thanks,

Darren Doherty
