Or just bioregional "Permies GetTogether" (as you can call the Get
Togethers anything you want.)  The detail I'm putting in mine (as I want
the meeting to be quite specific and will also be publicising it in the
local papers):

"Bioregional Energy Descent Action Planning and community solutions
meeting.  Please read Kinsale's EDAP before attending this meeting and have
a look at transitiontowns.org"

PS.  What if the PIL website had some of the features that the GetUp
website has?  Couldn't PIL become a strong lobbying force in itself? 
Couldn't PIL have an online membership and online membership counter, and a
"send to friends" email thingy?
