Hi Tim,

I don't seem to be receiving messages from the list - have received 
messages saying I've been removed over the last couple of months, and 
when I've taken action to get back on I've received a message saying I 
was already on the list. Any idea what's going on and how this confusion 
can be prevented? Am sending this message to the list as well as to 
you,to see if it comes through.
