This link [below] takes me to a CSIRO scientist saying that we will need to expect a
5-15% decrease in rainfall by 2070. Here in Castlemaine, only 100km north of Melbourne,
we have been living with a 15% decrease for the last 10 years, therefore major
reservoirs are already empty. This is now normal for SE Australia INLAND of the
Dividing Range, but our coastal dwelling scientists don't seem to have noticed!
