Northey Street City Farm hosts its annual HARVEST FESTIVAL this coming
Sunday, 9th September, from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

A FREE event, Harvest Festival celebrates the rich and diverse culture of
Brisbane's refugee community.

The event features dozens of food stalls with exquisite cuisines, roving
entertainment, farm tours and 5 concurrent programs:

Main Stage Dozens of musical and dance performances
Permaculture Tent Several free Permaculture Workshops and displays
Children's Tent & Stage Workshops, face painting, planting, circus,
performances, BCC animal show and lots more.
Cooking Workshops a series of free hands-on workshops, with food from
Eritrea, India, Tonga & Afghanistan.
Diversity Stage  Displays and forums with members of our diverse community,
including: "Celebrating Diversity - perspectives from Muslms in Brisbane"
and "New Voices ­ Refugee's stories".
