[Pil-pc-oceania] Weekly Digest or a web site?

Why not a weekly digest [sans headings] for this list, or a website [sans 
headings] where we can go and look at the things that interest us?

I am fed up of wading through half a dozen headings before I get to the 
individual message - then it might be something that doesn't interest me, or 
a repeat of something written before!

... and as for getting off the list - now that is a feat if you can manage 
it.
