Hate to brag to you guys, but we had an amazing guest speaker at the
Permaculture Sydney West Toongabbie meeting the other night. Brad Lancaster
lives in a climate with 12 inches of rain a year and they have totally
turned around the concept of using the earth as a water sink, by creating
berms around trees, by ensuring all run off from tanks, paths, and grey
water goes straight into mulched soil, by raising paths, by getting water
off the road and into the verges, by filling those verges with mulch to soak
up the rain, etc. www.HarvestingRainwater.com

I hope Robyn Williamson who has been his Sydney host may be able to do a
better job of this email than I am,
