Thanks Robyn, Tim, Dave and Claude for your input on this.

I have plenty of material to go with now, particularly for the initial 
earthworks component.

Dave....yes I know your argument well on this. Its been around the BEND 
traps for years but each time it comes up for discussion again, a solid 
group of future residents want a small natural pool located near the 
Community House where a whole lot of social interaction will occur. We 
will have larger dams further away and no doubt some residents will swim 
in them.

The natural pool also doubles as emergency firefighting water reserves 
and can also be pumped into the infrastructure toward the greywater 
reuse system.
