Just putting out there a few events I'm involved with next week. Maybe 
some of you are traveling through and could catch up otherwise feel free 
to pass on this information wherever.

*WHAT TO DO ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE?*

Bega RSL -Tuesday 18th Sept at 7pm.
Organised by The Bega Greens and Chaired by Senator John kaye, community 
groups in the Bega Valley will give presentations on what they are doing 
to combat Climate Change. John Champagne will give an address as to how 
the Bega Eco Neighborhood Developers,(BEND) are dealing with this issue.

*PERMACULTURE RESPONDS TO THE ENERGY CRISIS*

       *          EARTH STEWARDSHIP*

River Rock Cafe -BERMAGUI - Wed 19th Sept at 7.30pm.
Bega Town Hall - BEGA - Thursday 20th at 6.00pm.

In an attempt to promote upcoming permaculture courses, John Champagne 
will present an evening that explains what permaculture is? and where it 
fits into the current debate around energy futures. A screening of the 
film -THE POWER OF COMMUNITY will be accompany the presentation.
ENTRY - Gold Coin donation with proceeds going to KINGS COMMUNITY 
THEATRE and THE CROSSING LAND EDUCATION TRUST.
